About This Charter

This Charter defines the mission, structure, governance principles, and operational framework of the International Association for Legal Protection (the “Association”).

The Association is an international for-profit membership organization registered as a corporation. The Association is not a charitable organization and does not issue charitable tax receipts. Membership fees and other payments are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

The Association does not provide licensed legal representation and does not replace the services of licensed attorneys when their involvement is required by law.

Governance

The Association is managed by Executive Management responsible for strategic planning, partnerships and operational compliance.

Financial Structure

Revenue sources include membership fees, voluntary support contributions, and paid programs. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Liability

The Association does not guarantee any specific outcome of legal or administrative proceedings and is not responsible for decisions made by third parties.
