This Charter defines the mission, structure, governance principles and operational framework of the International Association for Legal Protection (the "Association").

The Association is an international for-profit membership organization registered as a corporate legal entity (Inc / Corporation). The Association is not a charitable organization and does not provide tax receipts or tax-deductible contributions.

Mission and Objectives

  • Development of professional legal protection networks
  • Education and awareness programs

The Association does not provide licensed legal representation and does not replace the services of licensed attorneys where required by law.

Governance

The Association is managed by Executive Management responsible for strategic planning, partnerships and operational compliance.

Financial Structure

Revenue sources include membership fees, voluntary support contributions and paid programs. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Liability

The Association does not guarantee specific outcomes of legal or administrative actions and is not responsible for third-party decisions.

This Charter becomes effective upon approval by Association Management.
