Terms of Membership
These Terms govern the relationship between the Association and its members.
Membership is voluntary and subject to approval by the Association.
Membership does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Fees
Membership fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Membership fees are not charitable donations.
Member Obligations
Members must comply with the Association’s policies, applicable laws, and ethical standards.
Termination
The Association may suspend or terminate a membership if the member violates Association policies or causes reputational harm to the Association.
Limitation of Liability
The Association is not liable for indirect damages or decisions made by third parties.
Acceptance of Terms
Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
